Mila AG is a Swiss-based technology company that operates a digital marketplace for technical services via crowdsourcing. It supports a wide range of partner companies such as Samsung, Swisscom, Brack, or Interdiscount, in order to be able to provide additional specialists for customer service locally when needed. The company was founded in 2013 by Swiss technology company Coresystems and acquired by Swisscom in 2015. Mila now handles over 10,000 service orders per month, has built a network of over 9500 technicians and is present in more than 150 cities in 5 countries.

Relaunch of the web-based platform

In order to be able to meet the current expectations of customers and partners in the best possible way, Mila decided to relaunch the web-based platform. This allowed them to use a modern technology stack, making the service very dynamic and intuitive. After all, their mission is clear: Provide the best experience for customers, partners and technicians.
