Companies of this size face significant challenges in various areas, including sales. Therefore, the division 'GF Piping Systems' was looking for a suitable software partner to digitally map the sales process and thus optimize it to the best possible extent.

Implementation of various configurators

Since the go-live, the platform has been continuously developed. Over the years, additional configurators for new product lines have been added, enabling the platform to evolve together with the company and the requirements of customers.

With the configurators, users can assemble their systems online and, in addition to the correct schematics, also receive the appropriate list of articles for a possible order. This ensures that the right products are ordered in the right version.

Internal administrative and sales functions

The team of GF Piping Systems can edit and manage all items including their properties and prices in several languages via the platform.

In addition, important news can be published, newsletter subscriptions maintained, or tools provided on the platform (instructions, brochures, etc.)

Result

The sales process was significantly simplified with the platform. Ordering products is not only faster, but also less prone to errors. A win-win situation for all stakeholders, which is why the platform is constantly being expanded and improved.
