In order to best meet the needs of customers and partners, Mila decided to relaunch the web-based platform. This allowed for the use of a modern technology stack, making the service very dynamic and intuitive. Their mission was clear: to provide the best experience for customers, partners, and technicians. As a straightforward and competent partner, we actively support Mila in this and other projects to create the best digital conditions for further success.
Integration of Salesforce and Abacus
Salesforce was used at Mila for sales, support, and marketing, with business logic strongly represented in the system and data synchronized through Heroku Connect with a Postgres database.
Abacus supported invoicing and accounting, and was integrated via SOAP to synchronize invoices, contacts, and payment statuses. Today, SOAP is increasingly being replaced by the more modern REST interface.
Development of the service platform
The extensive service platform enabled not only the management of static and dynamic content, but also the entire booking process could be implemented through the platform.
The platform integrated into the extensive ecosystem to create a smooth and automated customer experience. For example, cross-platform user authentication using Auth0, real-time tracking of service technician arrival times and positions with Arrivy, or automated sales, support, and marketing processes using Salesforce could be achieved.
