Where a rigid form with many input fields used to shrink the conversion rate, today a friendly AI agent takes over the initial conversation with the customer. Queries, explanations, a flexible amount of questions, and dynamic behavior to inputs ensure that the conversation feels easy and human. The potential customer should not be burdened with more trouble but offered a good and professional first impression.
The system prompt must be on point. In order to make the chat really feel like a human conversation, the AI must receive the right instructions. We ensure this with extensive testing and detailed fine-tuning.
An important question in this project was whether artificial intelligence can handle the complex calculation of the offer without hallucinating wild numbers. For this, we enforce a deterministic output in JSON format and pass the calculation to the backend, which maps the formulas for the offer and returns the finished numbers to the AI. This ensures that there is always a 100% correct result in the offer.
