Development of an innovative sales platform

In cooperation with IMPC GmbH, we've developed a new tailor-made sales platform for GF Piping Systems. The platform enables customers to place orders anytime, anywhere and from any device and pick them up from the warehouse just shortly afterwards.

In addition, the compatibility of the products is checked with every order in order to reduce future support costs due to incorrect purchases. GF Piping Systems not only optimizes the sales process, but also automates a lot of repetitive work at the same time, giving them more time for their top priority: the customers.

Implementation of various configurators

Since go-live, the platform has been continuously developed. Over the years, further configurators for new product lines have been added, which allows the platform to grow together with the company and the requirements of customers.

With the configurators, users can assemble their systems online and, in addition to the correct schemes, also receive the appropriate list of articles for any order. This ensures that the right products are ordered in the correct version.

Internal administrative and sales functions

The GF Piping Systems team can use the platform to edit and manage all articles, including their features and prices, in multiple languages.

In addition, important news can be published on the platform, newsletter registrations can be maintained or helpful tools made available (instructions, brochures, etc.)

With the platform, the sales process was significantly simplified. Ordering products is not only faster, but is also less prone to errors. A win-win situation for all stakeholders, which is why the platform is constantly being expanded and improved.
